4-5000T+2-300T In Karamay, Xinjiang

In 2025, Xinjiang Jingruncheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (Party A) and Henan Hengfeng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (Party B) signed an industrial product sales contract, stipulating that Party B would provide Party A with services such as design, manufacturing, transportation, loading and unloading, installation and commissioning, and technical training of a full set of drying and storage equipment, such as pre drying warehouse, drying tower, and electric control system, for the grain drying and storage project located in the Greentown Grain and Oil Reserve Warehouse in Karamay City.

The total price of the contract, including tax, was 4.8 million yuan, and the warranty period was 2 years. The second party shall complete the equipment installation within 70 working days after the hardening and civil work of the first party's site is completed (no later than April 30, 2025), and the equipment related risks shall be transferred to the first party after the installation, commissioning and acceptance are qualified; The first party shall make payments in the form of a bank supply chain according to the nodes. The advance payment shall be 30% of the total contract price, and the balance shall be paid according to the nodes of arrival acceptance, installation and commissioning acceptance. 10% of the contract price shall be paid in two installments as a quality guarantee deposit. The contract specifies the technical quality standards of the equipment (such as the electric control components are designated Chint/Delixi, and the motors are outdoor rain proof), the acceptance process, the rights and responsibilities of both parties and the liability for breach of contract. It is agreed that Party B shall arrange 1-2 professional maintenance personnel to be stationed in the site during the warranty period to ensure the operation.

The dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Karamay District, Karamay City, Xinjiang. The second party entrusts Yue Yongchao as the authorized representative to be responsible for all related business such as equipment production, transportation, installation and commissioning, and settlement of the project.
